The hotel's staff was really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great with a good variety of food. the location was also very convenient, with a short walk to the subway and about 10-12 minutes to the main attractions in the city. Plus, there were some delicious gelato shops and a fantastic pizzeria nearby.

The room was a bit small, especially for the price, and the WiFi was quite unreliable, making it difficult to work online. Additionally, the temperature in both the room and breakfast area was on the colder side, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Our room on the 8th floor with a balcony was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and clean, with a nice touch of fresh fruit provided daily. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the daily room cleaning and the generous breakfast selection. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Being within a short walk of the famous cathedral was a major plus.
